Imaging Products Group Commitment
Imaging Products Group celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2007. Since its establishment, IPG has been committed to partnering with our customers to meet their unique Remote Visual Inspection needs. In doing so, we’ve earned the trust of our customers and we do not take this lightly.
We understand that being responsible to our customers goes far beyond the fundamental requirement of delivering an imaging product that meets our customer’s needs. We excel at making the entire customer experience – from product development to inventory management – an experience that allows our customers to focus on their business.
We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust.
Bill Williams
Chairman, IPG
Imaging Products Group Product Development
When you partner with IPG, you are partnering with a dedicated group of professionals who understand the needs of manufacturers and systems integrators.
IPG was formed ten years ago to support its parent company’s systems group. IPG’s purpose was to facilitate the development of custom products. It is from this base of experience that IPG expanded its support and grew its business to support other manufacturers in need of visual imaging product integration.
We understand our role. As a manufacturer, you require a stable, reliable vendor base and, at the same time, you need to control your costs. We believe that a comprehensive approach to our customer relationships fulfills both of these needs. And with that said, we understand that quality can not be compromised for the sake of cost control.
However, we also understand that cost control can not be defined solely by the price of our imaging products. Streamlined product development… product quality and performance…. product support…. inventory management… on-time deliveries…. compliance with your purchasing department procedures…. shipping documentation…. compliance with accounting invoicing requirements… all of these impact your total cost for our products and this is where we excel.
We assign a dedicated customer support representative to your account whose goal is to not to simply comply with your fundamental requirements but to act as an extension of your organization in order to save you both time and money. We understand that managing projects with multiple vendors can be a daunting task and our goal is to be a seamless part of your organization.

IPG’s distributorship with these companies, which are detailed below, goes far beyond a manufacturer – vendor association. We’ve developed close working relationships with each of these manufacturers built upon mutual trust and the understanding that IPG’s customers are their customers. Put our partnerships to work for you. Just one call to IPG and you have an extensive network of experts and pooled resources working together to solve your inspection requirements.
